Dream Valley #14 Colour Theme

We have a colour theme for you this time at Dream Valley. But beware, put your sunglasses on first ‘cos it’s bright!

We are sponsored again by with a fabulous $10 prize for their store. The team were lucky enough to be given some fabulous Stitchy images to play with and this is what I came up with.

My image is called Tattoo and Feathers and I coloured her in with promarkers. Using mainly the orange and lime colours in the colour combo.  I made the base card and the daisy layer (Bearly Mine paper) from a Go Kreate die. The doily is from my stash as is the orange feather and the gorgeous filigree corner piece. The ribbon comes from Bunny Zoe Crafts, as I was lucky enough to win a £10 voucher to her store recently. The cogs are genuine from an old clock that had stopped working years ago but which stood on the mantle when I was a child. Strangely when I started to dismantle it it suddenly kicked back into life and started to chime. The sound took me back 40+ years!

I used the metallic gold promarker for the studs on her funky glasses and the chain, but to be honest I am not overly impressed with it, and I would have preferred a sakura or pentouch pen I think.
