ABC Y Yule

Our challenge at ABC for the next two weeks is a nice easy one for the time of the year, Y Yule. We are sponsored by The Paper Shelter and I have used their gorgeous image Holy Night, which I have coloured with copics.

Y Yule 3
After colouring I ran it through a cuttlebug snow embossing folder and then added glue where the embossed dots were and to the ground beneath her feet and added glitter.
I followed the sketch (96)  and optional theme of green and blue from Papertake Weekly

My papers are from First Edition - Silent Night and Joycrafts- Winter. Die cuts are Doohickey Slender Firs and Joy Snowflake.

I am entering this into:-

Crafty Hazlenut – #205 Santa is On His Way
Creative Corner – Winter Wonderland

  3. Love your beautiful card Lin and the colouring is fabulous. Truly a Winter Wonderland.

I am unsure if it has been stamped or is a digi image. We are a stamping challenge and the stamping needs to be the main focal point of the make. Is it possible for you to let me know please.

Thank you for sharing with us at Fashionable Stamping Challenges.

    1. Shirley, so sorry I've entered your challenges before so clearly didn't think to read the top of the post. I get so annoyed when people do that in my challenge blog at CCM and here I am guilty of it myself! I have deleted my entry.

  4. I love your image, it is so sweet and the wonderful winter scene you have created. The embossing over the image adds a really snowy texture and your papers and embellishments are brilliant. Sally D.x.

  12. Hi, just cruising around looking at cards and ran across this one. I adore how you colored the deer and am so thankful to see this! I have had the hardest time coloring a deer stamp from Wild Rose and now that I've seen yours, I know what to do to make mine a little nicer looking! This image and card are absolutely gorgeous. I love the blue outfit on the image and your diecuts are fantastic. LOVE the layers of beautiful matching paper, too. This card is outstanding. Hugs, Gail
